Echelon HOA Board Selected
The declarant for the community since it was purchased in late 2012 has been the owner of the Echelon Golf Course. After a lengthy review of the previous covenants, restrictions and architectural controls; these have been updated and modernized with input from the golf course owners, home owners, lot owners, local builders, real estate agents and others. After that process was completed to everyone’s satisfaction, the Echelon Homeowner’s Association has been taken over by a group of actual home owners. Special HOA Meeting Notice 12/12/13
There will be an informational meeting held on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013 at 7pm at Birmingham United Methodist Church located at 15770 Birmingham Highway, Milton, GA.
The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the homeowner and HOA responsibilities, discuss the 2014 budget, future plans for the community and make plans for the new HOA board.
